Short Term Stay Park Rules (Tick all rules) *

1. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am. All customers should Respect others and ensure their actions are not offending other people.
2. We are a 0.05 alcohol park, meaning no excessive drinking. No alcohol can be consumed outside of your cabin area. No noisy group gatherings outside of your cabin disturbing others.
3. No Visitors or Guests Allowed at any time.
4. No Illegal Drugs can be taken or be in your possession whilst on the Park.
5. Motor vehicle speed limit is 8 kph and you must park in your designated car space.
6. No smoking inside the cabins or around communal areas. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with the front door and windows closed to keep residual smoke out of the cabins. No cigarette butts on the ground (you may obtain a container from the recycling area to use)
7. Taxi or vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs and any food deliveries must be made outside at the phone box on Cooerwull Road.
8. Any damage to cabins or caravan park property by customer must be paid for.

General Information (Tick all rules) *

1. Please keep the cabin or caravan site clean and tidy during your stay.
2. Do not bring rubbish to the caravan park for disposal, the Council has a full recycling depot approximately 1km from the caravan park. For rubbish and recycling generated whilst staying at the caravan park, we have rubbish stations for recyclable items and food scraps which must be separated and placed in the respective bins/tubs at the recycling station. Park staff do not sort rubbish and Council refuses to accept contaminated rubbish. The customer is responsible for sorting of their own rubbish.
3. No Fats or Oils down sinks. Flush only Toilet Paper, No Wipes, No Tampons. "If you don't eat it, don't flush it"
4. Please turn off all lights, heaters and air-conditioners when cabin is unoccupied.
5. No Temporary Clothes Lines to be erected either on the balcony or inside your cabin. No clothes or hangers to be hung on the window curtain rails/rods inside your cabin.
6. No BBQ's or gas cylinders/gas butane cooktops allowed inside the cabin or on the balcony. Any additional kitchen appliances must be electrical and please advise reception.
7. For powered sites connected to water you are responsible for any water leaks, which may incur an additional charge.
